What We Offer

SINGLE SIDED PCB

As the name stated single sided PCB have only one layer of conductive material. The single sided PCBs are introduced in 1950 and still famous than any other PCB. The Single side PCBs are easy to design and manufacturing is quite easy.

DOUBLE SIDED PCB, PTH PCB

As the name stated Double sided PCB or PTH PCB have two layer of conductive material. The Double sided PCBs are introduced in 1970 and it was used for size restriction or complex circuitry in electronics Industries. PTH Stands for "Plated Through Hole" the Electroplating introduced in PTH PCB to connect upper copper layer and bottom copper layer.

MULTI LAYER PCB

The definition of multilayer PCB is a PCB that is made with three or more conductive copper foil layers. These appear as several layers of double-sided circuit boards, laminated and glued together with layers of heat-protective insulation between them. The entire construction is arranged so that two layers are placed on the surface sides of the PCB to connect to the environment. All electrical connections between the layers are achieved with vias such as plating through holes, blind and buried vias. Application of this method then leads to the generation of highly complex Multi Layer PCB.

METAL CORE PCB (ALUMINUM)

Metal core pcb is abbreviated as MCPCB, it is made of thermal insulating layer, metal plate and metal copper foil, which has special magnetic conductivity, excellent heat dissipation, high mechanical strength and good processing performance. For metal core base material, there is aluminum and copper base materials. Aluminum substrate is a kind of metal-based copper clad plate with good heat transferring and dissipation function. Copper substrate has better performance than aluminum, but its price is relatively more expensive than aluminum.

PCB ASSEMBLY SERVICES

Printed circuit board assembly, also known as PCBA, is the process of mounting various electronic components to a PCB. A circuit board prior to assembly of electronic components is known as PCB. Once electronic components are soldered, the board is called Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). We Have Automatic Pick and Place Machine with Reflow oven and Wave Solder Machine to Ensure Quality of PCB Assembly.
